Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

Due to the unique and handcrafted nature of our artwork, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds once a purchase is completed.

Exceptions under EU Consumer Rights

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you may have a right to withdraw from a purchase contract within 14 days (cooling-off period) for online purchases. However, this right does not apply in the following circumstances:
    •    Customized or Commissioned Artworks: If the artwork has been personalized or created specifically according to your instructions.
    •    Digital Artwork Downloads: If the digital artwork has already been downloaded or accessed.

For original artworks sold as-is (not customized), we respect your right to withdraw within the 14-day period. If you wish to exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving the artwork. The item must be returned in its original condition, and the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items

If the artwork arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or repair, or provide a partial refund as per EU laws. Proof of damage (e.g., photographs) will be required for assessment.
